
Norma Flaming
Norma has been a practicing CPA since 1988. She has been an owner/partner of a CPA firm for since 2001. She enjoys helping individuals and small business owners navigate the ever changing tax laws. She enjoys helping individuals through the tax laws as they relate to the life stages of marriage and children, college cost planning, and retirement. She is an avid supporter of small business and assists them on tax and planning issues that help their businesses grow and thrive.
She is married and has one daughter. In her free time, she enjoys taking long walks with her dog, hiking and spending quality time with her family.

Gabriel Flagg
Beginning in 2008, Gabe prepared governmental audits for 8 years, and at the same time studied for and passed his CPA exams. He has been a CPA for 7 years, now, with expertise in business and personal taxation. Gabe has advanced knowledge of S Corporation and Partnership tax law, and how to put them to work for you in various situations. He is also an expert in the personal tax angles of credits, retirement, investments, college, and deductions related to personal or business activity. Also, with extensive insight into Estates and Trusts, Not-for-Profits and C Corporations, he keeps up to date on the latest tax law changes. In addition to tax, bookkeeping, and audit specialties, he has data science programing skills which enhance the service he is able to offer clients having the most challenging data situations.
In his free time Gabe exercises his mind by improving his data science skills, and by keeping up to date on tax code changes. Gabe also enjoys physical activities such as mountain biking, wall climbing, fishing, basketball and golf.

Ann Jones
Ann moved here with her family and pets back in 2007 from Connecticut. She enjoyed a career in serving people of all ages and abilities as an activity director, with in a focus in programming for people with disabilities. Highlights include serving as a local coordinator for Special Olympics, working with seniors in skilled nursing facilities and retirement communities, and teaching children with learning disabilities. She loves Colorado and all the outdoor opportunity for exploration and adventure. That adventurous spirit led to a career change as a full business partner, CFO and field manager for a local pet sitting company – this is where she expanded her knowledge, skill and interest in bookkeeping. Outside of work, she has a passion for competitive sports, participating at the collegiate level in softball and basketball and then post-college, in dek hockey, volleyball and lots of other team sports. Her newest interest is Pickleball (a sport named after a dog!). She loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, walking dogs, and keeping fit.
